01/06/2008 - Lost of fuel tank
bits !
A few more hours in the garage meant that all the
little notches were cut using the dremal in the bushings to take
the wire for the capacitance wiring
The inspection hatch reinforcement ring was riveted
with its nut plates, and the anti hang-up guide tos stop the flop
tube being caught behind the stiffener was fabricated.
I also had a go at my first lock wiring on the
bulkhead joint between it and the flop tube, I thin I had better
get someone to have a look at it before I fix it to the tank !!

Another modification is required for aerobatics and
this is a little trap door that is required to stop all the fuel
sloshing to the bottom of the tank when flying in knife edge
attitude. The hatch closes to stop the fuel one way and
opens the other.
